First of all the food I took home from the session was delicious and enjoyed by my whole family. Secondly it's been a good 3 weeks since and I've been trying out all the recipes, so if one of your outcomes is to help the participants to get confidence in the kitchen it has worked with me. Thirdly, and I've appreciated this more since I've started cooking. Your choice of dishes were very clever and practical. Not only are they easy to master, they also give you the base to be more creative and adventurous with other dishes. I have strongly recommended my friends to take a class and I will definitely do something else to help take me to the next level.

I went by myself and was quickly given a warm welcome and teamed up with another person so that we could work together, enabling us to get through more recipes. l just wanted to say how much l enjoyed my Moroccan Feast Cookery class on Sat 8th Feb. with Chef Hulya Erdal. It was a present from my wife and I had a great day with cooking 7 different dishes which we all eat/tried or could take home what we couldn't eat.
This was the first Moroccan Feast course and it went smoothly with explanations of the recipes and best way to do things. There were new flavours and combinations to try alongside new techniques and skills advice to take away for future cooking. We were split into groups of 2 or 3 to create our own dishes in a friendly and environment without any fear of failing or letting anyone down. Working in small groups encouraged us to discuss what we liked and our own little tweaks and takes on dishes and recipes.
It has given me the bug to want to do more courses, which l will do in the future when l can.

I attended a cookery course on the 24th October 2013, this was on the subject of Modern British Food with William Grinstead, although I left feedback at the end of the course that day I would like to comment further.
Not having been on a cookery course before I was not sure quite what to expect, my fears were soon put to rest by the friendly welcome and atmosphere at Braxted Park. Everthing was well explained by those involved throughout the course. The chef had an excellent friendly teaching manner that encouraged participation, no one was made to feel intimidated or foolish.
I feel that my level of cooking was elevated as a result of the course and look forward to participating in a future course when possible. Please forward my thanks to those involved.

It was a birthday present from my wife and it will go down as one of the best to date. Billy was a fantastic tutor and, clearly, a talented chef. Sarah works tirelessly and the day wouldn't be possible without all of her hard work.
The menu was great, familiar food, but with Billy's own twist, and there was plenty of time to ask questions.
The new facilities are excellent and I look forward to seeing you again soon. Tapas next, I think!

Incredible time at the day long cookery course at Braxted Park with Mark Webb and Polly. It teaches you all of the basics as well as giving you an insight into the finer points of dining. Then you sit down to a fantastic 3 course meal that you have cooked yourself!! What more can you ask for?! I am now looking at the seafood course later on this year with immense enthusiasm!! And to think that I didn't have a clue in the kitchen before. A big thanks to everyone involved
