I have just completed the course with you today.

It was a birthday present from my wife and it will go down as one of the best to date. Billy was a fantastic tutor and, clearly, a talented chef. Sarah works tirelessly and the day wouldn't be possible without all of her hard work.

The menu was great, familiar food, but with Billy's own twist, and there was plenty of time to ask questions.

The new facilities are excellent and I look forward to seeing you again soon. Tapas next, I think!

Excellent courses. I have now been on two courses and have booked a third. The taster sessions are fantastic and will leave you wanting more, treat yourself and a friend to lunch and watch them enjoy helping to prepare a tasty dish.

The organisation is excellent the whole team are fantastic and the whole day course or a couple of hours taster is fun, informal, informative and inspiring, 5 star *****

Incredible time at the day long cookery course at Braxted Park with Mark Webb and Polly. It teaches you all of the basics as well as giving you an insight into the finer points of dining. Then you sit down to a fantastic 3 course meal that you have cooked yourself!! What more can you ask for?! I am now looking at the seafood course later on this year with immense enthusiasm!! And to think that I didn't have a clue in the kitchen before. A big thanks to everyone involved
