Guy began his career in Essex in 1977, and over the last three decades has cooked and taught across the UK and Europe. His expertise is unrivalled and Guy holds a number of professional qualifications in education and training.
Following stints as a head chef and lecturer in the UK, Guy relocated to Switzerland, where he was the Senior Food and Beverage lecturer at the Swiss Hotel Management School. After three years, Guy moved to the LES Roches Swiss Hotel Management School in Marbella, where he was head of department. More recently, Guy has been working in Belgium as a consultant, running demonstration classes and creating fine dining experiences for discerning diplomatic clients.
In addition, Guy has previously hosted a weekly cookery programme in Spain, hosted demonstration classes for private members clubs, written articles for magazines and appeared on television cookery programmes.
Guy’s food is a cosmopolitan mix of dishes which have been influenced by the countries he has taught and worked in. His courses are suitable for all abilities.
