  • Barbecue Time at Braxted Park

Posted: 25 May 2012 by Julie Brown

The summer has finally arrived and Braxted Park is looking beautiful in the sunshine.

What better time to dust off the barbecue, grab a bag of charcoal and get cooking!  Before you reach for same old sausages and ready made burgers think about turning this year's barbecue into a gastronomic event.  Join us for our great cooking and dining experience, the Cookery School,  Afternoon Summer Barbecue.

This class will run from 1.30pm and the barbecue will be fired up for an alfresco meal in the stunning Walled Garden on the Estate.  Chef Mark David has created a wonderful array of dishes for the perfect summer barbecue, with hands on cookery in the afternoon and a lesson in barbecue cooking techniques.

The class is being held on July 4th, American Independence Day, what better excuse for a home made burger and cold beer! We hope you can join us for what promises to be great event.  Numbers are restriced, so please book early.
