    Book any December Day course before 1st December and we will give you a free Taster Session on Dec 2nd, as a Christmas gift from The Cookery School at Braxted Park.

    These Dinner Party Delights, 2 hour sessions are the perfect bite size cookery class with a delicious main course and desert to add to your repertoire and not a Turkey in sight!  Choose from Spiced Crab Gratin with Sticky Toffee Pudding, Pork Stroganoff with Pear & Almond Tart or Wild Mushroom Risotto and Lemon Syllabub.

    These Taster sessions are mostly demonstration, with a little hands on cookery and of course would not be complete without sampling the results in our dining room.  The perfect alternative to Christmas Shopping!

    Gourmet canapes

    To celebrate the launch of the new kitchen and dining room at The Cookery School at Braxted Park, we are delighted to offer you an Exclusive place on a Taster Session of your choice for only £35.00!

    We are offering you the opportunity to be one of the first people to experience a 2 hour 'taster' session this Saturday 12th November in our beautiful new kitchens. Choose from either:

    Gourmet Canapes 9.30 - 11.30 a.m.

    The perfect way to start any drinks or dinner party, the canapes set the standard for what is to follow. Chef Guy Moore serves up a delicious array of hot and cold, morsels to tempt your taste buds and get the party started.

    Hot canapes will be enjoyed during the class and a selection of cold canapes served in our beautiful new dining room at the end of the session.

    Teatime treats 12.30-2.30p.m.

    Afternoon tea is a great British Tradition, impress your family and friends with a selection of savoury snacks and teatime favourites for the perfect Sunday Afternoon treat.

    Savouries will be sampled during the class, followed by tempting pastries to be enjoyed in our new dining room, with a nice cup of tea.
