  • Sign up to Braxted Park’s Great Pancake Challenge and raise funds for Farleigh Hospice

    On 17th February 2015 teams from across Essex and Suffolk will compete in The Great Pancake Challenge at The Cookery School at Braxted Park.  This event will see teams  compete, both within their own team and against other teams, to reveal the best pancake flipper in the region.  This event is being hosted by The Cookery School at Braxted Park as part of Farleigh Hospice’s £50 challenge, designed to raise much needed funds for the charity.

    Meze Mezze

    The tradition of mezze, little appetizers and hors d’oeuvre served with drinks goes right across the Mediterranean. Mezze are often the best part of the meal especially in countries like the Lebanon.
