What to expect from the day

The course starts at 9.30am, but we invite delegates to join us with a welcome tea/coffee from 9.00am, to meet each other and the chef that will be taking the class. Here you will chat through what is going to happen throughout the day and be assigned your workspace. At 9.30am the step-by-step tuition will begin, but please do not panic if you’re a complete beginner, as it will be fun and easy to follow and the cookery school team will be available to assist you throughout the day.

After a full day of cooking, you will all get together with a glass of wine and a sit-down meal (the dishes you have cooked during the day) and discuss hints and tips for future cooking.

*Please note that the dishes listed may vary due to the availability of fresh produce as a result of seasonal changes.
