Five best gluten free food blogs

We’ve collated and compared our favourite gluten free blogs right here in the UK. Collectively, they’re a one-stop-shop for all you need to know about the world of free from.

Naturally Sassy

Launched in 2014, Saskia, a professional ballet dancer, has established a professional and well curated blog-come-business in a relatively short space of time. Her passion for healthy eating was ignited by years of living a high sugar diet but now by her own admission, she has learnt the language of healthy eating and cooking and is well and truly addicted. Naturally Sassy features recipes, reviews and rambles by Saskia and goes as far as a cookbook and free eBook! With its fantastic imagery, creative recipes and informative nutritional guidance, we really think this blog is all singing and all dancing!

We can’t resist a slice of Saskia’s gluten free double chocolate cake with a salted caramel and vanilla icing.

 I’m Gluten Free Baby

Cat’s fantastic logo for I’m Gluten Free Baby caught our eye before the review of beetroot ketchup (yes beetroot ketchup!) did. This is a fun and informative blog covering new product reviews, restaurant openings and of course creative recipes. I’m Gluten Free Baby is expanding across the pond to cover the gluten free market not only in the UK but also the USA and Canada.

We’ll take a stack of gluten free American pancakes to go please!

Allergy Adventures

The idea behind Allergy Adventures hatched from a boiled egg! We love how fun this award winning blog is - not just for kids but also for teachers, parents, nursery staff and friends who can use the site to help learn about allergies and to help promote safety around food. The site showcases fun and funky cooking videos for kids and we particularly liked the quizzes, rhymes and the peer to peer advice from parents.

We’d love to ‘munch our lunch from space’ and give these UFO bagels a go!

Delicious and Gluten Free

Mila, a taco loving, gluten free blogger has created a blog which showcases her passion for food and photography. Mila created Delicious and Gluten Free as a blog which not only documents all of her wonderful recipes but also to help anyone that has ever found it difficult dealing with and living with a gluten free lifestyle. The blog covers recipes, restaurants and reviews and we’d recommend following Mila on Instagram too.

We think this colourful DIY gluten free hot dog bar looks great fun!

Gluten Free Cuppa Tea

Apart from our love for the name Gluten free Cuppa Tea we think this is a great blog, the brainchild of student Becky. Gluten Free Cuppa Tea often features recipes, guides and videos about Becky’s favourite subject, gluten and free from foods. Becky believes that not being able to tolerate certain foods doesn’t need to be a struggle and hopes that her blog will help everyone to have a healthy relationship with food.
