  • Parsnip soda bread with ricotta and roasted cherry tomatoes 
  • Winter kale and barley soup
  • Aubergine and pepper curry with chick peas
  • Savoy cabbage and sweet potato cakes
  • Squash and edamame bean salad
  • Lemon sole with leeks in a bag
  • Cauliflower & cod pilaff

If you’re wanting to stay on track throughout the year as well as learn something new, why not sign-up for the Great British Takeaway cookery course? Learn how to cook some of the nation’s favourite takeaway dishes including beer battered fish with homemade chips and mushy peas, beef chow mein and Southern fried chicken from scratch using high quality ingredients.
