We are delighted to introduce Hulya Erdal’s new cookery class, ‘Eastern Mediterranean Delights’ on Tuesday 12th March.

This class pays tribute to delicious stand-out dishes from countries across the Eastern Mediterranean including Egypt, Cyprus, Turkey, Lebanon and Israel.

Dishes cooked during the class include authentic breads, stews, soups and sides as well as the classic Turkish Baklava, all of which you will be able to recreate in the comfort of your own home.

Turkish-born Chef Hulya has designed this class to incorporate a mixture of modern and traditional dishes all with a unique range of spices, herbs and flavours to inspire and give you a true master class in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine.
