Braxted Park is a beautiful Queen Anne house set in 500 acres of parkland in the picturesque Essex countryside. Easily accessible, Braxted Park is situated between Chelmsford and Colchester, just five minutes from the A12, 40 minutes from London Liverpool Street train station and 30 minutes from London Stansted airport.

The award-winning chefs have been hand-picked to ensure we provide you with the finest cookery experience that will inspire you to take your new-found skills into your kitchen at home.

The Cookery School at Braxted Park provides you with a diverse range of courses which are suitable for everyone from complete beginners up to budding master chefs.

You may also choose to immerse yourself in a two-day residential course and leave with a whole new philosophy on cooking.
